The food was absolutely delicious. The service was awful. We asked for the bill and had to wait over 30 minutes before we could even pay, because the employee had to chat privately with other people, which is completely unacceptable. This employee should definitely find another job.

When a beautiful place, genuine warmth, and a love for their product come together, it can only be good. We were allowed to stay even though we hadn't made a reservation and the place was fully booked. We got the most beautiful table right on the Saar River and experienced the kindest hospitality we've had in a long time, along with a wonderful meal. Many thanks to Roger, his family, and the kitchen staff; it was delicious and simply wonderful. Next time, we'll not only buy your flour but also visit your mill, the only one on the Saar.

I highly recommend the Pizza Flammekue! It's super delicious, generously topped, the atmosphere is great, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the view is extraordinary, truly superb. I love this restaurant!

Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars!!! I discovered this place by chance and felt very comfortable. They have the best tarte flambée, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is incredibly friendly!!! Keep it up – we'll definitely be back!!!!!

What makes this place truly exceptional is that the flour is produced on-site at the mill. From grain to plate, the Alsatian terroir is respected at every step. A genuine experience, deeply rooted in the region, that you won't find anywhere else.

Perfect pizza and flammekueche, they were extra good to take away. And ready on time. Definitely worth trying in the restaurant; the setting is lovely and idyllic.
