Excellent, nothing to complain about

Hello, we had a very good meal. Mathilde is great, very pleasant.

We have been enjoying ourselves at your establishment for several years.

A refined and delicious meal in a very pleasant setting, not to mention the competent and friendly staff, and a warm welcome.

The restaurant, Relais Sauvigny, is no longer what it was under the previous owners and chef. The cuisine was refined, the service exceptional for an exceptional restaurant. €301 for 4 people, €75 per person, food that any average restaurant could have served. However, I must admit, even though I don't usually like game, the venison was of very good quality; it melted in the mouth.

A restaurant that truly deserves its gastronomic designation.

Just a few kilometers outside Château-Thierry, seemingly lost in the Picardy countryside, you'll find at this gastronomic inn the perfect opportunity for a delightful experience that will tantalize both your taste buds and your eyes. A warm welcome worthy of the finest establishments awaits you, nestled in a stylish and cozy private lounge (ideal for a family of 10). The dishes are succulent, presented with a harmonious, almost poetic flair. The service is impeccable, perfectly paced. It's no surprise, then, that I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. Looking forward to your next culinary adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant at the Auberge Le Relais, with its excellent menus and beautiful wine list, all set against a magnificent backdrop of the Marne Valley. What can I say… it was fantastic, everything was perfectly cooked. The restaurant is very pleasant and, if the weather is nice, you have an incredible view of the vineyards. Even if the drinks are a bit pricey, overall it's a good deal. A big thumbs up for the waiter, really friendly and knowledgeable. As for the room: that's where things go downhill. The room was completely stained on the curtains, there was mold in the bathroom, peeling paint… general disrepair. For this price, no thanks: help! It urgently needs renovating. We'll go back to the restaurant. But to sleep there: never. I know renovating rooms is expensive, but this strategy is flawed. In a restaurant, alcohol allows the owner to make a good profit and offer good food and service. Here, since we won't be sleeping there, we won't be drinking, or hardly at all, since we have to leave. A shame, a real shame.
