The food was very good and the service was friendly. Everything arrived on time and tasted fresh. Only minor delay, but overall a great experience.

We had lunch as a family during the week. The place is charming, in a small village in the countryside. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The dishes were excellent, beautifully cooked and presented. The waiters advised us on wine pairings. The desserts were exquisite. We also tried the Calvados du Prieuré, a house specialty, which was very good.

The welcome is warm and professional, and the dining room where we were seated offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere—ideal for a peaceful lunch. As for the food, it's a true culinary journey! The gastronomic/bistronomic approach is brilliantly executed: each ingredient is expertly prepared, the flavors are rich and varied, and the presentation is superb without being pretentious. I particularly enjoyed the salmon gravlax, which was perfectly fresh. The staff is discreet, efficient, and always attentive—present without being intrusive. And the best part? The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. A wonderful, unexpected discovery that will remain a cherished memory. We will definitely be back!

A truly excellent place! This restaurant in the heart of Gasny was a delightful surprise, even though we had booked well in advance, the day before Easter Monday. The menu offered by the chef was perfect for us.

We had a very good experience at this restaurant, where we received a very warm welcome from the lovely staff. The food was also excellent, although the dessert was perhaps a little disappointing compared to the rest of the meal. We will gladly return.
