The Auberge du Prieuré Normand is a very good restaurant. The dishes are excellent, with a divine blend of flavors, colors, and textures. The service is also impeccable.
We ordered foie gras with chutney and a small vinegar compote, followed by mushroom risotto with truffle oil and langoustine, and duck breast with glazed vegetables. For dessert, we had the Prieuré, a house creation with chocolate and hazelnuts, and a pear dome. Everything was delicious. Absolutely flawless!

We opted for the tasting menu, a delightful surprise: superb ravioli with a subtle shellfish flavor and excellent foie gras with homemade gingerbread and hints of caraway – a truly beautiful combination. For our main course, the veal with Albufera sauce was very good, as was the langoustine risotto, the langoustines cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. The selection of wines by the glass is excellent and complements all the dishes perfectly, offering great value for money. For a digestif, we discovered a wonderful Mexican corn-based whiskey. Traditional cuisine without any fuss, and very friendly service. €200 for two people, including six glasses of wine and two digestifs.

We had a very good time with my partner who was delighted with the service and the very good food offered, however I would have liked to have the prices of the wines by the glass to get an idea afterwards I didn't dare ask but otherwise very satisfied with our dinner, we will come back!
