Extraordinary place. The atmosphere starts upstairs with the welcome from the owner who immediately puts us at ease. A real treat on the plates. Thanks to Mr Rémi who cooks with passion. We will return there for sure.

Small hostel, very friendly, family atmosphere. The tartes flambées are excellent, and all the dishes are homemade!

Lieu authentique où l'on prend le temps de partager des plats typiques, savoureux, 100% maison, concoctés par le patron en cuisine. La patronne et leur fils sont au service. Nous avons mangé en terrasse (couverte en partie). Mention spéciale à la glace maison. A l'issue du repas, nous avons pu acheter le vin de la maison (la vigne est désormais gérée par le fils).

afternoon in Alsace for a 4-day weekend. Visit to the tourist office in the area and after consulting the documents given to us, we decide to eat in the first restaurant on this list. And we went back there on Saturday and Sunday evening, everything was so delicious. The tartes flambées are exceptional, the fleischnakas are so good and the snail puff pastry is just succulent. Of course everything is homemade by a passionate chef. His wife, who does the service alone, is very attentive to customers. These people who are also winegrowers serve a natural wine that we appreciated. I personally loved the “Orange” wine. Go to this hostel, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for this great discovery.

My favorite restaurant in Alsace. Small family run business with really great food. Excellent value and friendly staff. The coq au Riesling with spaetzle is unlike any I've had anywhere else and so delicious.

But what an IN BELIEVABLE restaurant. It doesn't look like much but what an exceptional place. Josiane is like her cooking, generous and fabulous. A staff that marked my time with my wife. This family is magical and courageous. We had an absolutely unforgettable evening.

Cuisine simple, du terroir… Fantastique ! Que dire de notre hôte Josiane. La semaine dans le vignoble et le weekend à l’auberge. Un personnage qu’il faut rencontrer. Une toute petite auberge à l’ambiance familiale chez le viticulteur. Génial ! Vaut véritablement le détour !

We were looking for an authentic place to eat regional specialties. So what can I say...it was an incredible evening. As much for the atmosphere brought by Josiane as for the exceptional cuisine of Remy. Everything is homemade. Nothing to complain about, go there with your eyes closed.
