Congratulations to you. I have never eaten carpacio of such meat quality and quantity. I really savored this deliciousness on my plate and amazed myself with every bite. Take the example of this restaurant which serves you meat and not reconstituted meat. Thank you for the treat and I will definitely come back when I return to your beautiful region See you soon

A treat both for the decoration and for the taste buds. 2nd time going there and we loved it once again. Everything is there, the service, the smile, the attention, the quality. I recommend without hesitation. The owner who is the chef knows his products and knows how to cook them perfectly (the meats are to die for 😊) It’s the only place where I eat a cargolade with an aioli that I digest 😉 The sauces are homemade and exquisite.
