A fantastic little inn, not to mention Nicolas, the owner, who is wonderful and immediately makes you feel at ease, and Julien, more discreet, who prepares delicious dishes with produce from the garden and local ingredients. Deep in a magnificent valley, a place even the locals of Gap barely know about. An exceptional spot with beautiful hikes and a garden perfect for enjoying a drink and a nap after your hike. Nico, the waitress, has a sense of humor that can sometimes be a bit much, but that's his job—to create a lively atmosphere. You have to play along and respond to his jokes; he's fantastic. As for the chef, he's a gem, cooking with healthy ingredients and incredible flavors.

We discovered a magnificent and peaceful location in the heart of the mountains, but above all, a place with a very warm and dynamic welcome 😄 Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive: the owner's good humor, the decor with its great attention to detail, a homemade tapenade waiting for us, and a very generous and refined full meal. Bravo to the chef who delighted us, and thank you for your VIP welcome which has made us want to return very soon! ☺️

At the ends of the earth, there's this exceptional inn... the decor is exquisite, the owner is incredibly friendly and has a real personality! It seems like everything is homemade... A wide selection of teas and herbal infusions in addition to beers on tap. We only stopped for afternoon tea, but we'll be back!
