08/08/2026: Excellent food, the menu changes frequently. It's like tapas, but these are dishes meant for sharing, made with fresh ingredients. Superb and responsive service; you don't need to ask for water or bread again, they replenish it as soon as it runs out. Excellent value for money; you won't leave hungry, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

05/08/2026: I was expecting a real treat after reading the reviews. I was very disappointed. The daily special was extremely ordinary. It's a shame because the dishes were nicely presented. I even suspect that perhaps nothing was homemade... In short, far too expensive for what it was. I'm not usually picky, but this... I was also surprised by how few people were there at lunchtime in August...

06/08/2026: I haven't yet had a chance to share my thoughts on Le Bouchon after my dinner there two days ago. Well, it was a perfect experience. Let's start with the welcome: simple and efficient service for all eight of us. Then there was the service. The young blonde woman who took charge of our table impressed us with her perfect knowledge of the menu, the ingredients in the dishes, and the drinks she had available. Special mention goes to the non-alcoholic cocktail suggestions and the rums offered at the end of the meal. Now for the most important part: the dishes we enjoyed. Whether vegetarian or not, we all truly appreciated our meals, with a special mention for the frozen Snickers served with peppery milk foam—what a discovery! And above all, what talent for creating such original and truly delicious dishes. Thank you for this wonderful evening. I'll be back if I'm ever in Gap.

20/07/2026: An excellent restaurant in Briançon! The setting is warm and inviting, with a beautiful fireplace that adds a lot of charm. The ingredients are fresh, local, and beautifully presented. The wood-fired grilled meats are delicious, the portions are generous, and the desserts are also worth trying. The service is welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere is friendly. You can tell that quality ingredients and homemade dishes are a priority. Be sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant is often very popular. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful experience.

The menu is well-crafted, with a variety of dishes that can satisfy even the most discerning palates. Our plates all came back empty, and what can I say about the desserts... Go ahead and try them, you won't be disappointed! The terrace in the late afternoon is an experience not to be missed 😎

13/07/2026: One Sunday evening with friends, everyone was able to satisfy their cravings, from a light snack for the adults to a big urge for raclette for the children… thanks to the excellent customer service and the friendly waiter! I highly recommend all the appetizers, each more delicious than the last, as well as the mini-mountain raclette, perfect for the little ones but just as good as the grown-ups! And of course, don't leave without trying the roasted fruit. A real treat…

14/06/2026: Extremely disappointed! We were expecting to discover "the best restaurant in Briançon" based on the reviews, but it was anything but. A very friendly young woman gave us a warm welcome, but then there was a very, very long wait to take our order and between each course (we almost left halfway through the meal). Our waiter was friendly but perhaps inexperienced; in any case, not up to scratch (aperitif glasses weren't cleared, so there wasn't enough room when the main courses arrived, no big deal, we just pushed everything in with our plates. The bread basket was carelessly tossed onto the table. They forgot to take our dessert order, etc.). The dishes were good, but not the treat we were expecting. The presentation was so-so, and the side dishes were always the same. Perhaps it's more of a winter restaurant, perhaps the waiter was inexperienced, perhaps the chef was new, etc. In any case, to leave faster, we didn't order coffee.

14/06/2026: The classic Caesar salad is elevated to new heights here! Generous portions, beautifully presented and fragrant, with high-quality ingredients... and the entire menu (our neighbors' plates) seemed to be of the same caliber! The dessert menu is small (homemade) but incredibly delicate. A truly wonderful place, with discreet and efficient service... We loved it!
