28/08/2026: A calm and welcoming atmosphere, quick and very friendly service. We came on Thursday evening after finding restaurants near Laragne-Montéglin by chance on Google Maps, and we returned the next day with the whole family. I highly recommend it.

10/09/2026: Everything was perfect! Passing through Les Orres for a night in our campervan, we booked a table for dinner. It was the only restaurant open at the beginning of September. The welcome was lovely, the decor warm and inviting, and the porcini and boletus mushroom fondue was incredibly generous...we had trouble finishing it! Thank you, and we'll definitely be back for another delicious meal!

Welcomed by Alice and Xavier in this unique and intimate setting, Ivan and his assistant led us through the colorful paths, filled with the scents and flavors of Les Tables de Gaspard. 30/08/2026: We were hesitant about going, but there aren't many places in the area that aren't pizza or burger joints, so we decided to go for it. The prices are a bit higher, but the quality and quantity of the dishes more than make up for it. The bill didn't come to much more than €30 per person. The cheese dishes, the meat, and the salad we ordered were all delicious. The waiter who served us was incredibly patient while taking our order, explaining the dishes and making recommendations without hesitation.

23/08/2026: We spent a week's holiday in Super Dévoluy, and this restaurant was definitely our best discovery—we ate there twice! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish, with excellent, generous portions prepared with great care. For us, it's without a doubt the best restaurant in the resort. A huge thank you also to the owner, who is simply wonderful: welcoming, smiling, warm, and always attentive to her customers. It's this kind of person who makes a meal even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back on our next trip. I highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

15/09/2026: I chose the dish of the day (salmon and spinach lasagna). The lasagna was too dry. A shame, because the balance of flavors was good. Otherwise, the service was perfect.

03/09/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes were delicious (charcuterie board, duck breast, and filet mignon with morel sauce). We didn't order pizza, but they looked tempting. The service was pleasant, especially our server last night. A great experience.

29/08/2026: Excellent quality food, it has easily become a regular stop during our stay in Briançon. Always friendly and accommodating service, even in English. Welcoming place. Various daily specials. Reservations recommended, as opening hours don't always match those posted on Google.
