Auberge La Beursaudiere sur Nitry

Superb establishment, beautifully decorated. Traditional, flavorful, and generous cuisine. Attentive, efficient, and discreet service with complete respect for the customers. Just 2 minutes from the tollbooth; don't hesitate to take the Nitry exit off the highway.

Excellent value for money. Perfect for a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast. The staff is very welcoming, the room is unique and beautifully decorated (the seamstress's touch!), everything is spotless and clean, the bed is spacious, and there's a bathtub. Dinner was delicious, and the restaurant staff were also very professional. In short, I highly recommend it.

Thank you to Julien for the wonderful St. Pig Festival and the generosity of his establishment. We had a fantastic, lively evening and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious menu. "La Repasseuse" was very comfortable, and the breakfast was just the way I like it: a good hot coffee, pastries, crusty bread, and plenty of local and homemade products to go with it. We will be back, Julien, as neighbors from Troyes in the Aube region. Thank you again, and congratulations to all the professional and friendly staff.

Excellent experience, perfect food and service.

Well placed just off the A6, delicious breakfast with real baked bread and local cheese, yoghurt, jams and hazelnut spread.

We were looking forward to lunching at La Beursaudière because we had already had lunch there at the same time last year and we loved it. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed this time. The wine we ordered from the wine list and the one we were served wasn't the right vintage, and we pointed this out. The response was that they only had that vintage left (a younger one), but the price remained the same. So be it. The starter, stuffed morels with langoustines, wasn't bad, but unfortunately, we couldn't taste the morels, and the sauce was lukewarm. The main course was sweetbreads with a chicken, morel, and broad bean sauce. Not bad either, but the sweetbreads weren't peeled enough, which was a shame. However, the portion was generous. For dessert, we had chocolate velvet with passion fruit sorbet. Unfortunately, we were served mango sorbet without being informed beforehand. The service, however, was impeccable. So not a bad rating but not an excellent one either, a little disappointed given our past experience.

A very pleasant stay in the Burgundy countryside. The traditional cuisine, beautifully presented, evokes the flavors of this region. We stayed one night in a charming, rustic room of very high quality.
