My partner and I went there last night.
We live 5km away, and I had never been before.
Based on some of the reviews, I went with mixed feelings.
But what better way to form your own opinion than to eat there?
We received a very warm welcome. The two young men serving that evening were great.
The dishes were very good, not particularly generous at first glance, but I certainly didn't leave hungry...far from it.
For the price: reasonable for a restaurant with a nice ambiance.
I've eaten in much more ordinary restaurants, both in terms of food and decor, and paid more. So don't rely on other people's reviews, whether positive or negative...go and form your own opinion...like I did.

I had dinner one evening at this inn. It was fantastic. The dishes are simple, but everything is perfectly executed. The welcome is warm and the setting very pleasant. A great find.

A wonderful welcome from a lovely and helpful young team. Arriving at 3 pm, I just wanted a coffee and a chocolate mousse... and the relaxing weekend began. The inner courtyard is peaceful, and the swallows soaring overhead. Enjoying an aperitif outside... the trees are magnificent. Dinner was very generous and delicious. Our waitress was incredibly attentive. Thank you! I had a fantastic night in the "winemaker's" room. The bedding was top-notch, and the decor was rustic and tasteful. My only regret is that there wasn't a wider selection of sweets at breakfast, which, by the way, is very pleasant when enjoyed under the vaulted ceilings.

We had a lovely lunch at La Beursaudière, served by Kengy, a very pleasant person with a great sense of humor and excellent professionalism. The team was very attentive.
A nice touch for the children was a little surprise with dessert.
Don't hesitate to stop by this very nice restaurant.

I wanted to share our experience at the Beursodiere restaurant, which we've been frequenting for a long time.
Even today, what a pleasure it was to see Hervé's team again. They are very professional and attentive to the customer; we felt right at home.
The menu was a huge thank you to the chef who knows how to tantalize our taste buds (the beef ribs were amazing!).

A return to my roots with lunch at the Auberge de la Beursaudière. A most welcoming reception from Dylan, a gourmet meal. A special moment for personal reasons. As a novelist, it also brought back a scene from my novel "Certaines rencontres vous fleurent, d'autres vous bousculent" (Some Encounters Lightly Touch You, Others Shake You), where I describe this place. Pure bliss in this culinary interlude! I invite you to step inside.

This review only covers the restaurant, as we did not book a room at this inn. Therefore, reservations are essential for the restaurant.
The dishes are elegant and surprising, and the wine list is superb with some delightful surprises. The setting is very pleasant, and the service is impeccable. Well done! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Having known La Beursaudière for over thirty years, I can say that while the place is still beautiful, the quality of service has declined, with small details like the cleanliness of the restrooms being lacking.
Unfortunately, the staff are foreign, dressed in Burgundian style—it's amusing. The quality of the food is also gone. We miss the professionalism of the previous owners; what a shame...
