Auberge la Bombine sur Montselgues

Très déçus car n’est plus à la hauteur de sa réputation. Très bon accueil certes, mais portions très congrues. Les entrées composées d’une salade verte, d’une mini omelette aux cèpes à se partager à 4, et d’un petit médaillon de lentilles. Puis 3 mini tranches hyper fines de rosbif par personne servies avec de la purée de pomme de terre, un peu de fromage et des desserts riquiquis. Un kir en apéro , un café et de l’alcool de verveine n’ont pas suffit à nous satisfaire. Je pense qu’il devait y avoir d’autres responsables auparavant. C’est bien dommage ce changement car on sort loin d’être rassasié.

Belle situation, accueil chaleureux, bonne cuisine à partir de plats régionaux, tourte aux cèpes excellente, coquelet aux morilles superbe, gigot à la broche fameux, bref un repas très agréable accompagné d’une bouteille de cote du Rhône. Un rapport qualité prix rare ! Ne changez rien ! Nous reviendrons

Very friendly and welcoming staff

We have just had a stay with a team at this establishment. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who are really lovely. The food was simply delicious, highlighting local cuisine. The atmosphere is very friendly, you feel at home. In addition, the place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Very good time spent between bikers, great welcome and excellent meal

Farm inn and gite in a very remote location but worth the detour in the heart of the Ardèche mountains. Menu at the single price of 35 euros all inclusive with very good value for money because the products are of excellent quality. Pleasant service by two very pleasant and gracious ladies, the boss also friendly and open to discussion. Tour would be perfect if the meat was served hot which was not the case for us, the loin roasted before our eyes on a spit arrived barely lukewarm and the porcini mushroom is a marvel and the sauce also but not served enough hot in a cold cast iron casserole dish. It's a shame, we need to rectify that because it spoils the fun a little. I'm still giving it 4 stars because I'll be back and I hope to eat hot this time. See you soon team, keep the same products. Always a warm welcome Very well eaten and very original interior.

We had lunch at this great hostel with friends! The service was great, quick, friendly and we appreciated having a nice word from the cook! The price is very reasonable and the setting very nice. The desserts are not left out and are homemade! Plan to take a short walk afterwards to digest! At the top, a great address that I will definitely share!
