We won a hotel night plus breakfast through the casino and we were very, very happy with this hotel. The room was very spacious and very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely return.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect, with the thermal park right behind it (unfortunately closed in winter, meaning no relaxing spa activities are available). Kudos to the truly friendly staff.

24/02/2026: Very disappointed. The service was rushed; we barely had time to finish our aperitif before the main courses arrived. We really felt like we were in the way... I was sick when I left.
22/02/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, a team that took excellent care of both adults and children. Everything was tailored to each individual, and there were even little touches for my daughters who also fell in love with this magnificent place. Thank you for this wonderful evening and your smiles. An address I will definitely keep for our future stays.
