Perfect position close to casinó and Vittel centre. Room are nice but a bit cold no matter the heatings. My room was also positioned close to the heatings e engines so slightly annoying while sleeping. Personel very kind.

We had a great stay at the Thermes de Vittel. We took the 5 half-day, half-board package with the Mercure hotel. It was great to not think about anything for a week and let yourself be carried away 😊 The stay at the Mercure hotel went very well. All the members of the team are friendly and professional, especially Julien with whom we spoke well. The housekeeping team was accommodating. We didn't see the point in having cleaning done every day knowing that we were only staying for a week. The breakfast buffet is complete with everything you need to eat well and last until dinner. A little special mention for the scrambled eggs and small sausages 😄

I spent a pleasant night at the IBIS hotel in Vittel as part of a business trip. The stay was very comfortable and the service lived up to my expectations. The room was clean, well appointed and perfectly suited for a short stay. I particularly appreciated the tranquility of the place, which allowed me to rest well after a long day of work. Room service for dinner was a real plus. The meal was good, delivered quickly and at the right temperature, which made it easier for me to organize without having to leave the hotel. The staff were also very welcoming and professional throughout my stay, which helped make the experience enjoyable. In summary, a very good stay, ideal for business trips. I recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to come back during my next visits to Vittel.

Great location near the beautiful thermal park. Very professional and friendly staff. Impeccable housekeeping. On the other hand, the room near the breakfast room is small for €145 and the double door system is not practical at all due to the cramped entrance.

We had a room at the back of the hotel. Close to the air conditioning units that make a lot of noise. It was also hot in the room and the air conditioning was not working. Opening the window is not an option due to the noise. At the reception they could not help us with the air conditioning.

Excellent establishment, well located. Spacious and contemporary room. Pleasant and welcoming staff, decent breakfast.
