The staff and the kitchen were really lovely, especially since we had taken the menu blind and had several dietary restrictions. And we really enjoyed all the dishes, it was excellent! We'll keep this in mind for next time. Thanks again 🙏

I was a little disappointed by the vegetables offered and to find a hazelnut in my dessert even though I had reported my allergy. However, we had a good time.

A real culinary gem nestled in this small village! Small in size but large in its restaurant. A creative and tasty cuisine, where each product is sublimated with perfect cooking and colorful plates. The presentations are neat, and the service impeccable. The terrace is a real asset, ideal for a sunny lunch. A very fine wine list completes the experience.

The Auberge Le Bouc Bleu is clearly a must for anyone passing near Beblenheim. We took two 'surprise' menus and the wine package. The food and wines were exquisite. The wine list is also very extensive but we preferred to let the sommelier do our bidding because we knew he was very good. We highly recommend.

Excellent repas du début à la fin. Produits frais de saison, pour la plupart locaux et bios, très bien travaillés. Le cochon bio cuit à basse température avec des petits légumes était une merveille. Ayant des intolérances alimentaires, le chef a pu adapter son menu en fonction de cette contrainte et c’était une réussite, un grand merci à lui ! Belle carte des vins et sommelier de très bon conseil. Nous ajouterons que le service est charmant et que le cadre et très agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

07/12/2025: The entrance wasn't easy to find, located in a courtyard, but it was beautifully decorated with a fountain, Christmas decorations, a pond with goldfish, etc. Friendly welcome. Alsatian atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The restaurant offers tarte flambée and other regional products. Perfect, we came to eat local food. Not too many local desserts. Tarte flambée with Munster cheese was a generous portion! The flavor was a bit bland. We wanted to order two portions of fries, but the waiter advised us to order only one—a thoughtful gesture, as we didn't even finish the first one! Thank you. For dessert, we had apple cinnamon tart flambéed with Calvados, again very generous! It was hard to finish it all. In conclusion: it's definitely an Alsatian restaurant; it's good, nothing more, but the portions are very generous and the staff is friendly. We had a good time.
06/12/2025: We had such a great stay here! Christine was so wonderful! Charlie was accommodating and super friendly.
