The highlight of our trip to Auvergne—er, Ardèche! OK, you have to climb a winding mountain road, OK, you have to accept the set menu, OK, you have to book because the terrace is small, but what a wonderful surprise! Fresh, high-quality ingredients, authentic cuisine that's both complex and simple—simply delicious!
