If you are looking to eat regional, generous and tasty dishes, this is THE right place. We had a great time from starter to dessert. The very friendly owner is full of good advice on dishes and wine. The young servers are dynamic and attentive, then at the end "la mama" comes to see each of the tables to get our impressions. In the end we ate too much (starter + main course + dessert) but that’s our problem 😉

A very warm welcome with tasty local cuisine. The dishes offered are so tempting and are explained with a lot of passion, which makes the choice difficult. The two of us shared a magnificent Ventru as a starter and followed by some excellent sartene fashion tripettes. The staff spread their good humor. We will come back to taste other local dishes.

I have just shared a delicious moment with my daughter in this inn. Lunch on the terrace, a breathtaking view...and the cuisine!! Well done to the chef...taste typical Corsican dishes...what a treat! Charming servers, good advice and a caring boss, full of kindness and humor....if one day I come back to Olmeto I will come back here.
Don't hesitate to stop there, you won't regret it.

We went there yesterday
The service is very pleasant and efficient
We have a figatelli terrine and cannelloni with brucciu, it was very good. On the other hand, the veal sauté was a little dry and the mushrooms in cans, too bad.
On the other hand, we were bothered by the smell of sewage which really bothered us and forced us to leave, a real shame.
Otherwise the plates are very generous.
