15/03/2026: Let's start with the best part: the ambiance was like any Buffalo Grill, but the food and service were a disaster. The meat was burnt, and it tasted and smelled awful. When we complained, they took the plates back to the kitchen and brought out another completely burnt piece of meat. Never again. Next time I'll go to KFC; they don't need cooks there.

A vibrant, rooted, subtle, and almost intimate cuisine. It's a trattoria, yes… but with the soul of a Michelin star. A star that the guide hasn't yet bestowed, but that you feel at every moment. 18/02/2026: A memorable place, with a very effective decor and concept. The waiter is friendly, the waitress a little less so, but still professional. The menu is appealing, the charcuterie is decent, the brocciu crepe is equally good, the veal sauté with olives is pleasant, and the corn polenta is also acceptable. Overall, the food is good; the quality of the dishes is satisfactory, though not reaching the island's top standards, sometimes at the same price. It's definitely a place worth discovering.
