I discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend. The setting was elegant and chic, the staff were friendly, and the meal was delicious.
For my starter, I had the perfect egg with celery mousseline and mushroom emulsion.
For my main course, I had the veal kidneys in port with peas and spätzle. They were cooked to perfection.
For dessert, I chose a chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream, and since it was my birthday, I was treated to an excellent entremet with a candle. A lovely touch from the staff.
The sommelier gave excellent advice. I enjoyed a perfect Saint-Aubin with my meal. A pleasant evening in an excellent restaurant that I would be happy to return to.
I went to the restaurant; the meal was good, but the staff wasn't very pleasant. Whether it was the service or when paying... I've rarely encountered such unfriendly people in an establishment of this type (hotel).
