While passing through the area, we were looking for a restaurant serving local dishes. A very pleasant discovery! The waitress was attentive, and the portions were generous and unpretentious. The dining room is a bit echoey, which is slightly bothersome when there aren't many customers.
Family-style cuisine with homemade dishes! The sauerkraut is delicious and generous (perfect for meat lovers). The cordon bleu with Munster was also very tasty; along with the crudités, it was a perfect pairing. It's also great that you can enjoy a wide variety of wines by the glass; lunch is therefore a perfect pairing for a wine tasting. Highly recommended if you truly want to eat locally.
Excellent restaurant, simple, well-cooked food, and plenty of it.
Affordable prices: generous veal escalopes in cream sauce with mushrooms, plus side dishes and sauerkraut, also generous, a glass of wine and two coffees for €53.
