Auber'Zinc sur Aubervilliers

Auber’Zinc is a seemingly classic brasserie, suitable for lunch. The menu offers the usual dishes from this type of place, flank burger and gorgonzola pasta, but also a couscous menu. I must admit that I left this meal disappointed. The team is very helpful and efficient but the value for money was not there. Both in terms of quality and quantity I found that the dish was not worth its price (I recognize that we are in the midst of inflation but still). It wasn't bad, mind you, but I would have liked better fries, a less dry burger bun... my friend's flank steak felt a little lonely on her plate. It's not dramatic, we ate and it was decent but I have to be honest.

Ça y est, ça repart ! Le restaurant a été repris par une équipe motivée et un patron en or : belles plages d'ouvertures, enfin un lieu pour donner au quartier l'ambiance et la vie qu'il mérite ! Qu'on se le dise !!! Excellents cocktails (avec fruits frais !), plats bien présentés, copieux et bons, service agréable et généreux... Désormais, idéal pour tout : petit-déjeuner bien installé (formule à 3€50 !!!), déjeuner, apéro, dîner, soirée en amoureux autour d'un cocktail... Merci et bravo !
