The BA organisation is a disgrace. You show up 2 1/2 hours before the flight 2 queues, one for the desk that says LHR check in one for business class. 1 hr 55mins before the flight the check in staff arrive and change the desks over, nasty check in lady says anyone in the business queue who is not business will be sent to the back, a new desk opens up. Total chaos with people trying to move queues. The airport is nice other than that. Hardly any queues at security.

Good overall, drinks and meals expensive like in all airports. and parking wauhhhh after 10 minutes I paid 8€ dearrrrr

Very pleasant terminal, just one star less than expected, because of the P0 Express Parking, not enough exit points/terminals, therefore traffic jams, irritation... and the impossibility of leaving before the end of the fateful 10 minutes!

Small airport compared to other cities but remarkably efficient! Checking in there is so quick, it's clean and the luggage delivery service is great! Truly the best airport I have been to

17/09/2024: Staff not very smiling and welcoming, fast service and loaded bread. Lack of atmosphere in the restaurant.
03/08/2024: Superb welcome, really top notch, Ludivine is very pleasant and the fact that she recognizes her regular customers is top notch! So here I recommend and above all the Subway management does not separate you from a GOLDEN employee like that there are very few in the fast food profession or not

10/08/2024: Restaurant with a great view! A new food truck arrives every day.
09/06/2024: Attractive on account of its views across the airport, and nothing decent available downstairs, this restaurant is nevertheless always full. Food is OK, but a little thin in portion size. Service is fine, but a little slow when ordering - delivery is reasonably quick. No rush to move clientele on.
