08/09/2026: My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at this establishment, drawn by its reputation. While it undoubtedly remains a luxurious gastronomic experience with impeccable service, very pleasant staff, and a lovely setting, we were unfortunately disappointed by the food. We opted for the Summer menu, consisting of nine courses, including an amuse-bouche and cheese course. Only two courses truly captured our attention and delighted our palates: an incredible marinated fish with passion fruit, and a wonderfully flavorful stuffed cockerel. The rest was good, though some dishes were unfortunately well below average (the main dessert lacked texture and the whipped cream was bland, the petit fours were uninteresting, and the amuse-bouches were acidic and uninteresting). The wine selection could also have been of a higher caliber, and the homemade breads and toasted bread were of low quality. For the price, and to compare it to many other fine dining establishments, this one is unfortunately clearly inferior.

08/09/2026: The food is delicious, with many flavors expertly combined, the service is very pleasant, and the setting is magnificent...what more could you ask for! We returned for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time.

24/08/2026: We are 100% satisfied with the services offered. We buy our products there and go for water analyses. Everything is perfect. We went twice this week for a water analysis because our pool was green, and Cedric, who is very friendly and professional, gave us all the information we needed. The analysis is free if you buy the products there. We highly recommend Piscinea Aiguevives, and a special mention for Cedric's kindness, availability, and valuable advice. We then called to get some more information, and he was very helpful.

Beyond the quality of the work, we particularly appreciated the team's attentiveness, valuable advice, and responsiveness. They always found quick solutions to any minor issues that arose during construction. Impeccable follow-up and truly personalized service from start to finish. We recommend them without hesitation!

The owner is super friendly, and he deserves a lot of credit because he not only manages the service but also does the cooking 😉 delicious empanadas, homemade from scratch. Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!!! And all this at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a South American cantina ;)
