Fairly easy to find, but there's a lack of moving walkways for people with reduced mobility to get to Terminal 7 for boarding; it's too long and tiring.

A human-sized airport, quick check-in, a duty-free area where you can find the essentials and specialties from the Occitanie region in the broadest sense. Note that some products, such as Villanova whisky, are cheaper at the distillery. On the other hand, there are good restaurants near gate 31. However, baggage claim on arrivals can sometimes be a little slow.

If you arrive at night it's a bit dark and there are no services, car rental for foreigners can be a bit slow, but it works.

With all the changes, Toulouse airport has become very pleasant!

Parking was perfect and, above all, easy access; I like this airport compared to others in France.

The layout of this venue allows for a seamless and exceptionally pleasant travel experience. Every space is meticulously maintained to ensure the comfort of all visitors. The arrangement of the premises greatly facilitates movement, making orientation natural and intuitive.

It's a small airport, nicely manageable, similar to Ryanair's Baden-Baden airport in Karlsruhe. Customs clearance is quite quick, so there are no long waiting times.

The airport is clean, pleasant, and well-organized. It's very well served by public transport (two choices: the bus-tram-metro route or the €9 shuttle for added comfort), with hotels nearby for overnight stays if you have early flights, and plenty of shops and restaurants inside at fairly reasonable prices for an airport. I find the staff professional and friendly, the restrooms clean, the signage clear, and the overall organization good. There's little waiting time at check-in and baggage control. The only slight drawback is the sometimes rather long queue at passport control, but that's to be expected. There's also the issue of people who come in, sit next to you, and bother you with unsolicited conversations even though they don't have a flight. But I understand that this isn't the airport's fault, so I'm keeping the 5 stars because the place is generally very satisfactory. I go there quite often and I've never been disappointed.
