11/09/2026: The service was very bad, especially from the waiter "Wael" who deliberately looked down on the guests and ignored them, and looked at us with contempt as if he was doing us a favor or giving us a good deed. Likewise, the waiter "Idris" deliberately followed the same approach as "Wael" in looking down on the guests, but he went further by refusing to speak to us in Arabic so as not to serve us. My advice to the restaurant management is to transfer "Wael" and "Idris" to any other department because they are tarnishing the reputation of the restaurant and conveying a bad image of it to the guests.
