Aux 8 Viandes sur Le Havre

First visit this Saturday, following the sea festival. The reviews on the Internet attracted us but we should have avoided it. We took mussels/fries, a satisfactory dish but no cutlery, no bread, no napkin and a third of the mussels were not cooked. For cutlery, the staff indicates that they do not provide any on the terrace because it is silverware, it is not the customers' problem!!! We also had a crepe for dessert, which was beyond charred, unacceptable for a restaurant.

We had a quality meal with good flavors. The dessert of homemade profiteroles was delicious.

I do not recommend this restaurant. Very long service. And served offbeat. There were 4 of us, the two roast camembert (very good) were served, the two other people who had ordered beef were served around 20 minutes later. Not cool to eat out of time. the quality of the meat was not up to par unfortunately, the restaurant is still called "the 8 meats". When he brings the two meats, the waitress announces that there is no more pepper sauce, so we ask for a shallot sauce which we wait 1/4 hour and they bring us a béarnaise sauce, we point it out and he finally brings us the right sauce The cooking did not correspond to request.

We enjoyed the dishes which were excellent, presented with taste and visually it was pleasant, the atmosphere was also charming with a well-chosen medley, we particularly liked the friendly contact with the people who served us, we will return there with great pleasure to taste the other dishes. An address that we will keep.

While passing through Le Havre, we stopped there. Excellent meal: well prepared plate and it was delicious. The service is great and the waitresses are attentive. The setting is nice. We had a pleasant time there.

Very pleasant and friendly little restaurant, first visit with my partner and we were not disappointed. Very well received, knowing that we were expected for the rest of the evening, they served us our dishes quickly and kindly. On the kitchen side, nothing to complain about, our meats were cooked correctly, the dishes were very good, and the gourmet coffee was also very pleasant. We will come back very soon.
