Whether it was the andouillette sausage, the veal escalope, the pineapple cake, or the chocolate shortbread, everything was beautifully presented, original, and delicious. The service was both efficient and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed (a large table was set up in the enclosed veranda). The price (€116 for two, including aperitifs and a bottle of wine) was reasonable. Reservations are recommended.

26/07/2026: The initial phone contact for placing our order was excellent, and the service continued throughout our visit to the restaurant. The manager was lovely from the moment we arrived until the end of our meal. The food was also very good. I highly recommend it!

13/07/2026: We arrived during a busy time, and we'd been told there might be a bit of a wait. There was hardly any wait at all. The service was perfect, the pizzas were delicious, and they also had a vegan pizza, which I really appreciated because it's not something you see very often, and it was truly excellent. It came with freshly grilled vegetables.

31/08/2026: One of the best dining experiences I've had in France. If I had to use just one word to describe it, it would be excellent. The service was truly exceptional, which is why I'm putting it first. The staff were incredibly pleasant, warm, attentive, and efficient. The food was truly excellent, with generous portions. Real French cuisine. The value for money is very, very good. The restaurant's atmosphere is also very pleasant. There was a small error with our starter order, and even though it was just a short wait of a few minutes (which wasn't a problem at all), they offered us complimentary coffees to make up for it. Nothing more to add except that it was truly excellent from start to finish. If you're in Le Havre or passing through, I absolutely recommend dining at Diplodocus.

We got takeout, as recommended in the reviews, because it's a bit small inside to sit down. The service was perfect; the waitress was extremely kind. We highly recommend it—you won't be disappointed!
