Our favorite traditional restaurant in the area! Everything is perfect: the quality of the chef's cuisine, the friendly service, the peaceful atmosphere of the dining room where the tables are spaced far enough apart to ensure private conversations. It's always a delightful experience in every sense of the word 😀

A slightly dated but generally good value French fine dining restaurant. The portions were very generous. The quality wasn't exceptional, but that depends on individual tastes and the dish chosen. Personally, I found the starter (crispy duck and shrimp) a bit disconcerting, especially as it was served half-hot and half-cold. Those who opted for the foie gras or the velouté were satisfied. As for the main course, it was unfortunate that the chef's salt shaker fell into the gratin, rendering it inedible (this was mentioned to the waiter, but there was no further reaction). This was a shame for the two diners who had chosen the beef (which looked beautiful and was very good). The amuse-bouches were also disappointing (just a tabbouleh, which was out of place in the restaurant's style and lacked flavor), and the palate cleanser was much appreciated. The service was pleasant and unpretentious. Wine was included in the menu and served upon request, which was perfectly acceptable. In the end, a French restaurant where you leave satisfied but not impressed.

Without a doubt, the best value for money in the region. They serve hearty traditional cuisine made with top-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked. From a medley of foie gras and scallops with red fruit sabayon to the magnificent wild boar stew, everything was exceptionally well done. The service is excellent, and the set menus with drinks included are very reasonably priced.
