27/09/2024: Good morning, I'm finally posting this review because several weeks later, my family and I continue to talk about the "experience" we had at this restaurant. Indeed, on this occasion, one of us ordered a dessert called “Dame blanche” (vanilla ice cream + chocolate sauce). When the waiter brought it, he asked the person concerned if they were... racist! Obviously pleased with himself, he sneered and insisted that she had decomposed. If she didn't respond immediately, it was only because she was very surprised. Then, this same waiter hit the nail on the head by saying that he had already done it to a customer in another restaurant where he previously worked. Which prompted her to ask for another dessert! Not holding a grudge, we left a tip but were shocked by this attitude. Although he pretended to be jovial, this kind of “joke” did not make us laugh and on the contrary made us all very uncomfortable. But when we go to a restaurant as a family, it is to have a pleasant, friendly time. Therefore, in a professional context, it is appropriate for everyone to do the job for which they are paid. Namely, a waiter serves dishes. A comedian makes jokes. Mixing genres rarely gives good results and we had proof of that again that day. Too bad because other than that, he seemed pretty competent to us.
