A restaurant that, on paper (according to reviews), promised a great experience… but which ultimately disappointed us. The duck breast was overcooked, which is a real shame for a meat that deserves to be served with more precision. Another major drawback: the salt, which was far too prevalent. The dishes were excessively salty, to the point of being cloying and masking the other flavors. On the other hand, the service was impeccable: a pleasant and efficient waitress, and no waiting between courses, which was much appreciated. However, the restaurant is located right next to the bar, which is particularly noisy. We could hear the customers' conversations, creating a very "bar talk" atmosphere. A real shame when you're dining out on a weeknight. Finally, a major negative point concerns the cleanliness of the restrooms. Daily cleaning is truly necessary, as the state of the facilities was bordering on disgusting. Especially the changing table, walls, and floor. In the end, a rather disappointing experience despite impeccable service.

I tried the takeaway burger with camembert sauce. Excellent, I recommend it.

A pleasant restaurant, but there's a slight lack of polish in the dishes. The salmon gravlax was incredibly salty; I had a lot of trouble finishing it. Similarly, the foie gras was served in a nice, thick slice, pleasant, but too salty. The honey duck was decent, but the sauce was too thin, not thick enough. And unfortunately, a friend of mine got sick during the night. There's potential and some good ideas, but it's possible to do better! Above all, consider testing your dishes to refine the recipe. The back room is much nicer and more pleasant than the front room, and there needs to be a more harmonious feel to both.

Delicious meal, even if a little heavy for our small stomachs. But a real treat from start to finish. We'll be back.
