We had a wonderful time at Chez Marinette, a truly delightful and welcoming haven in the heart of Marseille ✨ From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and warmth, in an atmosphere that was elegant, authentic, and full of life. You can feel the love of sharing and generous cuisine in every detail. As for the food… a true feast for the eyes and the palate from beginning to end. The rib-eye steak was a marvel: perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. Others opted for the octopus, deliciously prepared, or the duck breast, which was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. From appetizer to dessert, everything was as beautiful as it was delicious. Dishes crafted with care, refined flavors, and a presentation that makes you want to savor every moment. We were also deeply touched by the thoughtful touch with the dessert for our daughter's birthday, a simple yet heartfelt gesture that made the moment even more special ✨ We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owners, passionate and approachable people, with whom the conversation was as pleasant as it was genuine… even leading us to talk about Michael Jackson, an unexpected and delightful exchange that adds to the spirit of the place. Flo and Yoni are excellent cooks; their dishes are perfectly prepared and generous, and the service is very fast. The whole team is welcoming and friendly. A wonderful time shared at this restaurant with my family. The welcome was very friendly, professional, quick, and attentive – truly a pleasure. The dishes were of excellent quality. Nothing to add except bravo!

The servers are friendly and the food is excellent, especially the seared swordfish I had the pleasure of trying. The slightly high price is justified by the quality, and to be honest, I ordered dessert just because I had a sweet tooth 😁 (the ice cream is also very good). One small drawback: the music seemed a bit loud to me, but not enough to warrant deducting a star overall.

Very good, very friendly and nice staff. We had octopus that literally melted in your mouth, delicious. The panisse was also excellent, while the fried chicken we ordered was good but nothing exceptional. The price is high, but you pay for quality. Overall, a great dining experience in a welcoming place!
