Very nice establishment, restaurant, hotel and staff at the top with a magnificent view of the vineyard and the castle of Haut Koenigsbourg! Only downside, a bathtub in the bathroom which does not allow a person with physical difficulties to take a shower which is why I only gave it 4 stars

A good middle class, slightly outdated 3 star hotel with a certain charm. What should definitely be highlighted is the evening 4-course menu, which offers really good French country house food. The service staff was really very friendly and accommodating.

It was a very nice holiday in this hotel Food was excellent every evening. The German-speaking staff were always friendly and attentive. I can highly recommend the hotel.

For us it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The staff is very friendly, hardworking and attentive. The lady at reception is always open to questions and remains friendly, even when there is a lot to do. We had booked breakfast and a 4-course dinner menu. Dinner was a completely new experience for us. You are treated as something very special. Friendliness and passion for the job are the top priority there. Time is also taken for a little fun at the table. Thanks to the nice staff. We had the room in the old building which had a charming flair for us. We had a beautiful view of the castle and the vineyards from the balcony. The area is fascinating with its small houses and alleys. We will probably vacation in this hotel again next year. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who gave us an unforgettable holiday during this time. Send LG to the kitchen Sandra and Nick

We received a voucher purchased through Animod for a 3 day stay here. We were given the smallest room on the floor, a really cramped space. With a view of the ugly yard. The room was insanely hot, the room has no air conditioning. After opening the windows, mosquitoes flew in and caused countless bites. Uncomfortable and creaky bed. The staff were very nice and helpful, great level of English. Rich and varied breakfast. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel.

Spacious room in style. Small points of interest; no air conditioning, showering in the bath/literally hand shower. Good cuisine with friendly service. Beautiful view over vineyards and Haute Koeningsbourg.

31/03/2024: Through a local recommendation we reserved a table in the Winstub for dinner. We felt completely comfortable. Food top and the wines; Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris also tasted good. The service was discreet and courteous. We will consider the restaurant again 👍

Restaurant Le Parc "Joséphine"

26/11/2024: We went there for our wedding anniversary. I thank all the staff, their great care and kindness. Thank you for the little touches in our room and in the restaurant. Everything went wonderfully. I recommend this place 100%.
09/11/2024: Nice hotel, good location, price/performance ratio is okay but not outstanding Very nice and modern room, modern facilities, top location directly below the Hohkönigsburg. The food in the directly connected restaurant is also of high quality and very tasty (we only tried the dishes from the brasserie menu, I uploaded a few photos. There is another “gourmet” menu, where there are course menus) . I would describe the price/performance ratio as “okay but not outstanding”. The swimming pool in particular is small and the whirlpool wasn't really warm when we visited (almost colder than the swimming pool). The breakfast was also not very diverse (no fresh things like cucumbers/tomatoes or anything like that), but the products available were of high quality (very tasty croissants/pain au chocolat etc.) The hotel parking spaces in the courtyard are not designed for today's cars; With trees at the edge of the parking spaces, only one car can park here for every 2 parking spaces.
