This is a training restaurant where the service is provided by students in apprenticeships.
Reservations are required.
The service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant as there are very few tables.
We opted for a set menu at €23 featuring dishes from the Southwest of France. The dishes were delicious and very generous.
