It started off badly: no more Montdor (a victim of its own success). But so glad I was able to get the Welsh rarebit! Delicious, much better than in some places in Lille, and with a warm welcome to boot! A great find!

01/03/2026: So happy with our time at your restaurant! We came as a family to try it out because my mother-in-law had raved about it. I started with the house punch, which was absolutely delicious. Then I had the Welsh rarebit, which was quite strong on the mustard, but I didn't mind it at all. Authentic, homemade cuisine is rare enough to be worth mentioning. The fries were homemade and excellent. The lady who served us was very kind and did her job very well. It's a friendly, family-run restaurant, neither fancy nor pretentious. If you're passing through Péronne, stop by; you won't be disappointed.
