Exceptional restaurant. Right on the edge of our neighborhood. This restaurant isn't in the city center/lower town, which is quite rare. We've been there several times. Never disappointed. We received a very warm welcome, and I want to emphasize that. The staff is fantastic, very kind, and welcoming. The food is excellent; we always have a very pleasant time there.

Dinner for two on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was great, the place was clean, and the decor was stunning. The portions were generous. The taste wasn't anything special; it wasn't bad, but nothing special either. The meat was good, but the vegetables were overcooked. However, we ordered sautéed shrimp as a starter, but we received langoustines instead. We didn't eat them, but we were still charged for them even though they weren't replaced… Very unfair. (When I pointed out the mistake, I was told, and I quote, "Lobsters cost more.") This needs to be addressed.

A friendly place where we enjoyed a good, no-frills couscous. Respectable portions with flavors that lived up to our expectations. The unlimited semolina and vegetables helped offset the slightly high price of the dishes (around €21). Add to that the impeccable service, and we concluded that, even if we weren't blown away by the value for money, it's still a good traditional restaurant.

Warm and friendly place. Very generous and very good dishes. We had a savory chicken tagine and couscous, delicious chicken, excellent, we traveled through the dishes that we savored as its name indicates so well at the gates of the Orient. Thank you to the staff and manager for your attention and kindness

13/12/2025: Incredible! I've been going for a long time and it's still just as incredible, whether it's the food or the service. I highly recommend it.
05/12/2025: 5-star review 02/25: Following an Uber Eats order. We placed a second order just for falafels because we had forgotten to order them, and they called us back to ask how much it had cost. When we replied, they said we had overpaid and that they were canceling the order, but they still put the falafels in the bag from the first order. I don't think many people would have done that. Plus, they were delicious! I absolutely recommend them and will definitely go there in person. Edit: Following a change of ownership, we are very disappointed. We loved Le Cèdre for the quality of its meat, the sauce, but especially the mushrooms and grilled peppers that were offered in the kebabs. Now it's nothing more than a basic kebab.
