08/01/2026: Everything is perfect except that it's freezing cold in the room.

26/08/2025: I invited my family of seven on a Wednesday evening. The welcome was mediocre, given the reputation of this place. Everything was complicated, even though I made two trips (a 2.5-hour wait) to organize this meal. They were supposed to send me an email to confirm the menu. I didn't see it. I believed it because the people I met seemed friendly and sincere. The dessert was inedible. The fish sauce was a very small portion. It's a shame, because I was looking forward to this evening, and so was the Saint-Lô family. The glasses of red wine were good... I had noticed there were no bell peppers, the fish accompaniment had some... I had already been there a few years ago. Not disappointed. Flour on the carpet all evening. Inconceivable. Simply understaffed.
