Aux Sapins Restaurant sur Thann

I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. We had dinner at "Les Trois Sapins" on Saturday evening. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was also very good: the waitresses were friendly and attentive. Personally, I'm vegetarian, and the menu doesn't have many vegetarian options. However, I highly recommend the rather unusual "sauerkraut samosa." Well, it's excellent! It's a combination I found very successful: kudos to the chef, who is very creative.

I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. It's always a pleasure to dine at this establishment. The service is young and friendly. The location is ideal, with parking nearby. (I can't comment on the rooms as I've never stayed in them), but I imagine they're similar. Overall, a lovely establishment.

Good restaurant, but disappointed with the attitude at the end of the meal, when all the tables around us were offered a rum arrangé, except us. Yet we still had a lunch for 140 euros for 2 and the waitresses passed by our table several times.

We arrived around 9pm on a Friday evening. We received a very warm welcome, smiling and competent waitresses, and excellent value for money. We will be back with pleasure.
