Clean, comfortable rooms with a good note on the mattress which was very comfortable for us; reception helpful and super friendly. Availability of vending machines 24 hours a day. The area is perfect, just a few minutes from the 7 metro. Overall we had a very good time

The room with a double bed is very average, no functional heating and despite it being a non-smoking establishment, the room smelled of cigarettes. These are not the nicest b&b hotel rooms.

The hotel is simple, the room has a good bed, it does not have a refrigerator and they do not provide you with complimentary water, it is clean but had a slightly peculiar smell that was not very pleasant. The friendly service, I can't rate the food because we didn't eat there.

I highly recommend B&B HOTEL Paris Italie Porte de Choisy in Paris. The location is good, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It offers excellent value for money, combining quality with affordability. A great choice for any traveler!

Cleanliness for all 100% breakfasts is very good, service at a height.

Conveniently located in relation to the ring road (arrival and departure) and public transport (metro or tram). The private parking and the presence of family rooms were a big plus for us. Supplemented with 24h reception (friendly staff too ;-)) and a good price-quality ratio, it was an excellent base for a visit to Paris.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay at your hotel and appreciated the great service, particularly from Kacey, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. However, I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue we encountered during our stay. After receiving our initial room, we experienced a roof leak due to heavy rain. While this was understandably beyond your control, we requested a room change, which was accommodated. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were assured a late check-out at 14:00, a service that was important to us and one that we confirmed daily during our stay. However, on the day of our departure, we were shocked to discover that our personal belongings had been removed from our room without our knowledge or consent, well before the promised check-out time. This intrusion occurred despite the repeated assurances we received from your staff that our late check-out was confirmed. The removal of our luggage without any communication was both distressing and unprofessional, particularly as the room was entered without our explicit permission. We engaged in a lengthy discussion with your staff, who ultimately placed the blame on us for what they described as a misunderstanding, despite the fact that two separate employees had confirmed the late check-out with us multiple times. It is not a matter of identifying fault but rather addressing the broken promise made to us, which was crucial to our plans. We hope you take this feedback as an opportunity to improve internal communication and avoid such situations in the future.
