Staff not very professional, lacking in friendliness. Room not cleaned from one day to the next, nor were the dirty bath towels changed. Well located. Quiet. Clean. Large bathroom.

Excellent value for money. Very comfortable bedding, a quiet room, convenient service without being intrusive, and a full buffet breakfast.

Excellent 24/7 reception. Rooms were always left in perfect condition with freshly laundered towels. Despite the ring road and other roads nearby, the rooms were relatively quiet. Public transport was close by, providing easy access to all parts of Paris.

The huge comfortable bed was beyond expectations for this price, and overall the value for money is excellent. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to line number 7, so getting around is very easy. Breakfast was nice and sufficient, the staff was helpful and the atmosphere relaxed. Overall a very good experience and I can warmly recommend this hotel. ✨👍🏻

A very good experience here. The hotel is well located in the 13th arrondissement, perfect for exploring the neighborhood or for a business trip. The rooms are functional, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff is welcoming. It's simple, efficient, and there are no unpleasant surprises regarding cleanliness. An excellent option for staying in Paris without breaking the bank.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but everything was clean, beautiful, and new. The room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We had an excellent stay despite the construction. I highly recommend it. 10/10
