A truly wonderful discovery! The setting is ideal, overlooking the ocean, with a cozy atmosphere, a fireplace, and a very warm welcome. The cuisine is incredible, flavorful, and surprising. The chef was able to accommodate the allergies and dietary restrictions of our table (including a guest who is gluten- and lactose-free… not easy!). The final surprise was the exceptional desserts! The owner is both in the dining room and in the kitchen, baking. The Grand Marnier soufflé is divine. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads paired with an unexpected flavor (coffee). In short, a true culinary experience. We'll be back! Thank you to the young chefs!
