Starter: excellent, main course: excellent, dessert: disappointing > lacked flavor, a madeleine floating in fruit juice wasn't appealing, unpleasant to eat, and its flavor and taste were completely lost.
The dining room was rather dreary, the air conditioning was barely functioning, and the terrace was underutilized.

A lovely restaurant, friendly staff, and delicious, unique cuisine, all for a very reasonable price. It's a place not to be missed! Too bad we don't live nearby... If we ever find ourselves back in Clermont, we'll definitely return!

Three past visits to this restaurant and three magical experiences, both in terms of taste and the people we met. The dishes and their seasonings were perfectly balanced, the presentation was impeccable, and the staff was warm and welcoming. We will be back!
