19/07/2026: While passing through the city, we wanted to eat and drink as locally as possible. Tucked away in an alley, we found La Cassolette. From the very first moment, we received a super friendly welcome, a beautifully presented menu, and even dogs had their own section. Throughout the evening, the service was absolutely top-notch. Delicious local dishes, good cheer, and a friendly atmosphere—everything was there for an unforgettable experience!

27/07/2026: Excellent! The pounti in a terrine was amazing. Everything was delicious! We had the truffade and the Saint-Nectaire cheese, and for dessert: the orange salad and the nougat glacé (with a wonderful red berry coulis). As for the service, you can tell the manager is incredibly professional; she serves with a master's touch, good humor, and lots of jokes!

04/05/2026: Disappointed. I'd heard a lot about it, but for me, the experience wasn't great. The pizza had a bitter taste… strange for a pizza. A minor unpleasant surprise (just a little bit) was that the yolk was cooked on top of my egg, and the potatoes placed on top of the toppings were dry because they weren't under the cheese.
Furthermore, the extras are really overpriced. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Excellent organization.
The chef clearly puts a lot of thought into his dishes, resulting in a delicious menu. Good value for money!

We also want to highlight the impeccable customer service. Kudos for their responsiveness in addressing customer feedback and following up. We will definitely be back.

11/07/2026: Starter: excellent, main course: excellent, dessert: disappointing > lacked flavor, a madeleine floating in fruit juice wasn't appealing, unpleasant to eat, and its flavor and taste were completely lost.
The dining room was rather dreary, the air conditioning was barely functioning, and the terrace was underutilized.
08/07/2026: A lovely restaurant, friendly staff, and delicious, unique cuisine, all for a very reasonable price. It's a place not to be missed! Too bad we don't live nearby... If we ever find ourselves back in Clermont, we'll definitely return!

29/06/2026: This inn has managed to retain its traditional charm and is clearly still very popular despite the recent sweltering heat. We ate well for a very reasonable price. The view is splendid. We would have really appreciated some air conditioning.
