19/07/2026: While passing through the city, we wanted to eat and drink as locally as possible. Tucked away in an alley, we found La Cassolette. From the very first moment, we received a super friendly welcome, a beautifully presented menu, and even dogs had their own section. Throughout the evening, the service was absolutely top-notch. Delicious local dishes, good cheer, and a friendly atmosphere—everything was there for an unforgettable experience!

04/05/2026: Disappointed. I'd heard a lot about it, but for me, the experience wasn't great. The pizza had a bitter taste… strange for a pizza. A minor unpleasant surprise (just a little bit) was that the yolk was cooked on top of my egg, and the potatoes placed on top of the toppings were dry because they weren't under the cheese. Furthermore, the extras are really overpriced. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

25/06/2026: Don't hesitate to step inside this unique restaurant; the welcome is very friendly and the place is quite cozy. The regional dishes are delicious, and the truffade is divine! Good value for money.

03/07/2026: I came to eat with my partner, We had a wonderful meal! It's been a long time since we've found SUCH A GOOD PLACE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Everything is perfect from the appetizer to the dessert, including the wines (one of the owners gives excellent advice), making it a truly memorable experience, not just a simple meal! 😁

23/07/2026: Exquisitely thin pizza, the crust is delicate and the toppings are perfect. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. This little restaurant was the perfect way to end our vacation; I'll definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again.

22/07/2026: The dining room is pleasant and unique (the kitchen's serving hatch is framed like a painting). The staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the food, except for the fries, which could have been better. The chocolate mousse was absolutely delicious!

11/07/2026: Starter: excellent, main course: excellent, dessert: disappointing > lacked flavor, a madeleine floating in fruit juice wasn't appealing, unpleasant to eat, and its flavor and taste were completely lost. The dining room was rather dreary, the air conditioning was barely functioning, and the terrace was underutilized.

08/07/2026: A lovely restaurant, friendly staff, and delicious, unique cuisine, all for a very reasonable price. It's a place not to be missed! Too bad we don't live nearby... If we ever find ourselves back in Clermont, we'll definitely return!

12/07/2026: The food was excellent, but the service was a huge disappointment. After ordering two bottles of wine, they were placed on the counter, supposedly to create a "high-end restaurant" feel, but we were never refilled. Our glasses were all empty, so I went to get the bottle, but I was warned... I then asked the waitress to refill our glasses, as they were all dry, but she said, "Sorry, only the sommelier can do that." 🙄 Seriously, it's pathetic. I've never seen anything like it. I've been to some very fancy restaurants, and I swear our wine glasses were never empty. So instead of imposing ridiculous rules that affect your customers, put the bottle in the center of the table or check every five minutes to see if we need more wine!

29/06/2026: This inn has managed to retain its traditional charm and is clearly still very popular despite the recent sweltering heat. We ate well for a very reasonable price. The view is splendid. We would have really appreciated some air conditioning. I recommend it.
