Bachhus & Pool sur Vienne

It's a shame the waitress rushed us a bit with our order 😏 We should have ordered right away because other people were about to arrive, so we opted for the daily special, which was certainly very, very good. No regrets, but when you go to a restaurant, you're supposed to be relaxed. It's okay, though; she was fully focused on her service and, despite that, very friendly 😊 We'll be back, and this time we'll order from the menu. We'll try to be a bit more responsive 😂

A wonderful discovery during my visit to Vienna! The service was pleasant and impeccable!

The food is good and the menu is varied, however the dining room remains very noisy, the waitress unpleasant and overwhelmed as we waited over an hour for our food... a very mixed review.

March 2026, 2nd visit: Clearly the best burgers in Vienna. A must-try if you're a fan! December 2025: Tuesday evening at 4:00 PM. Welcoming dining room and friendly staff. The menu looks tempting. The service is slow and the place is noisy. As for the food, the hanger steak and the burger were delicious, as was the mango pavlova. A more mixed review of the Camembert accompaniment, and especially of the croque monsieur, which was not good—soft, lacking texture, and with weak flavors. Overall: a good time for some, but not for everyone...

As a regular customer, I have absolutely no complaints. The food, the welcome, the service, the location, and the overall atmosphere: everything is perfect.

From the food to the atmosphere, everything is there for a great evening. And to top it all off, you can also play pétanque indoors.

A very pretty setting, delicious and generous platters, and excellent cocktails and wine. It just lacked a bit of atmosphere for a Thursday evening (but we were in the restaurant section, which might explain that). As for the service, there were a few minor issues to improve: the glass clearing was too frequent, and when we asked for a refill because we hadn't finished our bottle, it arrived 15 minutes later. There was a bit too much attention being paid to finishing our platters or taking our orders; we felt there was a pressure to finish our drinks quickly. We will definitely return, but more often in a smaller group and for the restaurant, less so for a girls' night out.

Delicious food, cheerful service, and customer requests handled with kindness. I'm deducting a star for the ambiance, simply because it's a bit too bright for conversation between diners, but this is a sign of success given the number of customers. I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 40th birthday at Bacchus on Saturday, January 31st, and I was delighted with the welcome, the service, the adaptability, and the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend it.
