I visited this place twice during my time in Paris, and don't let the long line discourage you. The service is excellent and efficient. You place your order on the right side and then enter with your receipt on the left side, where they prepare your order. They even offer samples for you to try before you order, and they're happy to explain the process and provide recommendations, especially if it's your first time. Plus, they're quite generous with the pistachios. While I'm not a big fan of the texture of Lebanese ice cream (it's a bit too elastic for my liking), I found the pistachio and achta (fleur de lait or milk) flavors to be delicious. No seats or tables but there are benches along the street.
