I received a very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly. They responded very kindly to my criticism and resolved it immediately. I would gladly visit the store again, if only for the exceptionally friendly service. Restroom available. Thank you for everything!

Passing through Reims, I discovered this restaurant. The welcome and decor were friendly, the chicken bagel was amazing, the cookie for dessert, the artisanal drink, and the price was reasonable. So I'll be back soon with friends.

Bagelstein offers both hot and cold bagels. I find the hot bagels smaller and perhaps a bit more expensive. The Hippolite is excellent. The cheesecake with caramel sauce is very good, like, really very good. The cookies are also very indulgent. Having tried places with a more "homemade" feel, this chain far surpasses them.

The Glue Pot

31/03/2026: Lovely place. Surprisingly long restaurant. We enjoyed our dinner here with champagne and wine. Good value for money and nice staff.
26/03/2026: This place is a must go when in Reims. This place had been suggested to us by champagne importers in the US and by a few champagne house owners. The staff was very helpful in finding us the perfect bottle of champagne to go with our meal. We both had the steak frites and they were delicious. We enjoyed it with a nice bottle of zero dosage pinot meunier. We can't wait to return
