I received a very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly. They responded very kindly to my criticism and resolved it immediately. I would gladly visit the store again, if only for the exceptionally friendly service. Restroom available. Thank you for everything!

Passing through Reims, I discovered this restaurant. The welcome and decor were friendly, the chicken bagel was amazing, the cookie for dessert, the artisanal drink, and the price was reasonable. So I'll be back soon with friends.

Bagelstein offers both hot and cold bagels. I find the hot bagels smaller and perhaps a bit more expensive. The Hippolite is excellent. The cheesecake with caramel sauce is very good, like, really very good. The cookies are also very indulgent. Having tried places with a more "homemade" feel, this chain far surpasses them.

05/05/2026: Kind of like a small inner square with various places to get drinks and food, super nice! And a photo booth.
04/05/2026: Iconic champagne bar, worth a visit prior to dinner or bar hopping. We tasted some local champagnes, by the glass. Great buzzing atmosphere, perfect to start the night. Excellent, knowledgable service. Champagne menu changes regularly!

18/04/2026: I wanted to sincerely thank the team at L'Expert de la Bière for their intervention last Friday evening when I felt unwell, and much more besides. They were all incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me during this difficult time, which required a great deal of courage on their part. It's such a shame my experience at this bar ended this way, because beyond their intervention, my friend and I had a very promising start to the evening. Good music, a friendly atmosphere, very reasonable prices—everything for a great night out. A huge thank you again to this fabulous team.
