Bagelstein sur Bordeaux

I'm giving it 4 stars because the concept is great, and the presentation of the restaurant and the products is really good. However: I find the fries to be of very poor quality, which is a shame because the bagel was excellent. I also criticized the fact that the seasonal bagel wasn't listed on the menu. I think it gives a somewhat rushed impression, like they just wanted to do it as a friend and then didn't bother to take care of it. (That might not be the case, but that's the impression it gives.) So, I think the concept is good; it really doesn't need much to become excellent.

I went yesterday and received a fantastic welcome and excellent customer service! The bagels were very good; I'll definitely be back.

The fries don't look like the picture and aren't great! Well, I'm from the North of France, so there you go... The staff are accommodating...

Very good bagel but fries were borderline and drinks were lukewarm

We ordered three bagels. It was really good value for the price, and the girls were super friendly and helpful. They helped us choose the best option for my wife, who is allergic to gluten.

I don't usually leave reviews... but I came with friends on the evening of the Fête de la Musique. Despite the heat and the crowds, the two young women were very helpful and very friendly, it was great! The bagels were great too.

Waitresses not very involved, hygiene needs serious improvement, but good bagel.

In the end, there were very few bagels available on the displayed menu…

A very good time. Fresh produce.
