Nice place and very good bagel.

The bagels are good, but I don't know if it's just me, but the owner's use of the informal "tu" with all the customers, calling them "cocotte," "ma poule," and so on, I find that incredibly disrespectful! We're clearly not best friends. And I've noticed that the employees are very respectful; it's really just the owner who behaves so inappropriately, even touching the customers? Maybe some people like that kind of closeness, but it honestly made me uncomfortable. I won't be back.

I love the suggestions for fresh soups and matcha.

I've been a regular here for several years, and the welcome is always pleasant and friendly. You'll have to resist a few temptations, like being overly greedy and wanting to try everything. Whether you're looking for sweet or savory, breakfast, afternoon tea, or lunch with friends or family, go without hesitation; the hardest part will be choosing what to order.

Never disappointed by these bagels, an excellent place in Nancy!! And the service is absolutely fantastic!!!! I recommend it 100%!
