19/08/2026: This place has such high rating for a reason. It is absolutely worth to visit. The kitchen is quite unique as it combines Polish cuisine with French. Every plate was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere and the staff are great. The plates are also quite big so we were full.

18/08/2026: Whether you're just passing through Nancy for a short while or a longer stay, I highly recommend this culinary experience that revives traditional cuisine. The appetizers, main courses, drinks, and desserts (including homemade ice cream) are varied, and the menu changes regularly. And what can I say about the service except that it's warm and friendly? I can't wait to return to Nancy; see you next time! :)

12/09/2026: A wonderful discovery at L’Ancien Moulin in Houdemont! We had a truly enjoyable, friendly, and welcoming time. The menu is very appealing, and the dishes are simply excellent—as beautiful as they are delicious! 😋 Special mention goes to the summer and its lovely terrace, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. And a big plus for us: the outdoor area is very safe for children, allowing us to fully enjoy our family meal without any stress. We really appreciated this discovery, and we will definitely be back! A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend!

10/09/2026: An excellent meal enjoyed in a very calm and welcoming setting. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially regarding wine pairings. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the desserts. Just reading the menu made my mouth water. The dishes were not only works of art, but also incredibly delicious. The pairings were perfect. We will gladly return, bringing friends along. This is a place worth knowing and visiting.

22/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic evening. The cuisine is refined, original, and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the zucchini carpaccio, the duck breast, and the cheese selection. My partner chose the wood-fired eggplant, the lamb, and then the pistachio and raspberry dessert, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We also opted for the €22 food and drink pairing, a very worthwhile experience. I wasn't a fan of the wine suggested with the cheese, but the waitress immediately noticed and replaced it with another. A real plus! The service was efficient, friendly, and very pleasant. We also greatly appreciated the small treat served upon our arrival, as well as the one that accompanied our coffee. A very enjoyable evening, both in terms of the food and the service. We will gladly return.

21/08/2026: I was recommended the restaurant Âmes Sœurs with such conviction that I felt almost obligated to go, and what a pleasant surprise it was! Everything was perfect. We opted for the blind tasting menu and were in for a series of delightful surprises. It was a bit like a treasure hunt: we had to identify the different dishes and their ingredients. Everything was delicious, original, and perfectly balanced. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. The little touch we particularly appreciated was at the end of the meal, when the chef came to meet us and explain each dish. You can immediately tell he's passionate about his work. I highly recommend Âmes Sœurs to anyone who enjoys discovering new flavors, being surprised, and having a truly wonderful experience.

10/09/2026: Overall, we had a very pleasant time. The setting is truly magnificent, and the service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and professional. However, there were a few minor issues with the food: several dishes arrived lukewarm, some were slightly underseasoned, and we sometimes found the portions a little small. Considering these points, we unfortunately felt the value for money wasn't quite there. Nevertheless, it was still a lovely experience, and we would gladly return, hoping that these few details will be addressed.

30/08/2026: Disappointed. The starter arrived almost as soon as we were served our appetizers, and we had to eat it with a mojito. The main course was very basic, and the poached pear dessert was extremely dry; the "nest" underneath was inedible. Luckily, there was a tiny spoonful of ice cream to compensate for the dryness. For the price of €16, my friends and I found the dessert very average.
