Bambou sur Paris

The service has changed slightly since the previous owner; I think the new owners wanted to lower the quality of their products and are now raising it again to please us.

We've eaten at Bambou many times, both in and out, and it's always a delight. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, especially when choosing the set menus. Highly recommended!

PLEASE READ TO THE END! "I've been going to this caterer for over 15 years and it's always been impeccable in terms of price, quality, and quantity. But since the change of ownership, the quantities have drastically decreased and the quality is becoming alarming; every time I go, it deteriorates a little more." I published this review about two months ago, and since then I've had to admit that they've changed their approach and have clearly improved, even regaining the high quality they had 10-15 years ago. When something is bad, you have to say so, but when it's excellent, you have to say so too, and that's clearly the case here. The taste of the meat and the fried rice is exceptional. I challenge you to find me a better caterer in the 15th arrondissement (or even in Paris). I sincerely hope that this level of quality continues for years to come and that they don't rest on their laurels now that they've regained their core clientele! Whereas a few weeks ago they offered us a beer, explaining that it was about to expire (otherwise it would have been a bag of chips), today they offer it to us with the genuine desire to please the customer, and it's the little gestures that make all the difference. PS: Don't rest on your laurels!
