Baou-Baou sur Cogolin

Authentic village atmosphere; we ate a delicious fisherman's stew with a tasty rouille. The seafood tapas weren't very generous. But I didn't understand why, initially, the woman wouldn't let me take home the leftover rouille we'd nibbled at with our spoons. In the end, she wrapped it up for me, but still. No high chair.

The place to be to enjoy a good bouillabaisse… and groove to the sounds of the 80s in the evening. Family atmosphere without any fuss.

It's special… the anti-Saint Tropez; family-style cooking, family-style service, family-style atmosphere, family-style decor; a gem!

Conviviality. That's the word for this place.
