A few days ago, we discovered this little restaurant, which offers authentic Corsican flavors and aromas. We had lunch on a secluded terrace overlooking the mountains. Everything was truly delicious! Meat, sausages, pork pâté, red wine, and a must-try chestnut digestif. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, as were other local diners with whom we chatted.

Great view from the terrace. Perfectly friendly service. Super delicious braised Corsican pork. And the chestnut cream was also delicious. We drove all the way to Evisa just to eat here.

A must-see if you're in the area.
The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the chestnut valley...and the food is delicious, with traditional, homemade dishes that are very generous.
