Not to be missed if you stop off at St Etienne de Baïgorry on the GR10. The people are nice and the food is good, cooking the steak perfect!

Great place, very warm welcome. The team is great and the dishes are excellent. It is better to book so as not to miss this place. Following the change of ownership a year ago, the description of the dishes below is no longer valid. The proposed menu is perfect. I recommend

Very good food, thanks to the chef. Everything is good except the boss. Unwelcoming boss, close to his money... too bad, doesn't make an effort. Staff very good luckily for him

Very warm welcome, they prepared a table for us outside in the shelter because we were coming with our dog. Thanks for the adaptation. Good food and good wines.

11/08/2024: Emplacement privilégié et service digne d’un étoilé. Une cuisine locale qui fait frétiller les papilles. Un personnel attentionné et dynamique qui a toujours la volonté de faire plaisir aux hôtes. Chapeau bas pour cette expérience que nous renouvèlerons sans aucun doute.
