16/07/2026: An incredible experience. I was warmly welcomed by the cook, who is also the owner and server. Authentic and wholesome flavors. The cinnamon rice pudding reminded me of my childhood. A place you absolutely must visit.

Creative cuisine without ostentation. An exceptionally welcoming and professional team. The cooking is perfectly executed, like the sweetbreads that are crispy on the outside and meltingly tender on the inside. Desserts to die for, such as the marinated raspberries or the chocolate tuiles. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for this wonderful experience, and I assure you that this first visit will not be the last.

07/08/2026: Excellent lunch at Maison de Pierre for our wedding anniversary. We received a warm welcome and were attentive throughout the meal. Our preferences were respected but also challenged, much to our delight. Special mention for the rosemary focaccia! Many thanks to the entire team.

22/07/2026: We had lunch on a covered terrace with a magnificent view over the valley of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Saint-Jean-la-Vieille. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The local dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. There were no set menus, everything was à la carte, but the choices were good. We had a really lovely time at this establishment. I highly recommend it.

03/08/2026: Hi! We've been coming to TTIPIA for several years now. It's our ritual after the beach and during our evenings spent in Hendaye. The waiter is pleasant and always smiling, full of energy. They're great with us and our children. We feel right at home there 😁 And of course, the cocktails and rums are excellent. See you next year, and don't change a thing 😉

06/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We hadn't booked, but they managed to find us a table for four with children. The staff were very pleasant, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. It's rare these days to find all three. The lamb shoulder was simply incredible.
